Application Roadmap

Your journey to studying in the USA

1. Counseling & Strategy

Assess your profile, select the right university and program. Focus on Computer Science, IT, or Health Sciences for best OPT/H-1B outcomes.

2. Test Preparation

TOEFL iBT (80-90 most unis, 100+ top unis), IELTS Academic (6.0-6.5), or Duolingo English Test (100-110). GRE/GMAT if required.

3. University Application

Submit applications with SOP, recommendation letters, and transcripts. Fall (Aug-Sep) deadline: Nov-Jan. Spring (Jan) deadline: Oct-Nov.

4. I-20 & SEVIS

Receive I-20 from university, pay SEVIS fee, and prepare for F-1 visa interview at the US Embassy in Kathmandu.

5. F-1 Visa Interview

Prepare financial documents, study plan, and ties to Nepal. Demonstrate genuine student intent and ability to fund your education.

6. Pre-Departure

Attend our pre-departure orientation covering housing, banking, cultural adjustment, and OPT planning from day one.
